Department of Civil Aviation is committed to overseeing Ras Al Khaimah
International Airport to provide a comprehensive range of facilities and high
quality services to the clients, staff and community in a friendly environment.
Besides, strengthening the role of the airport as a gateway to the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah
and maintain the quality of their services according to the highest
international standards of facilities and safety comfort, through the continued
development of infrastructure and technical innovation and vocational training
for the employees. Thus, to ensure that our customers get unparalleled travel
experience, the Department is in an effort to build up a meaningful partnership
with all stakeholders in order to get an excellent and safe level in Aviation
Transport that can stand the challenges of the new Millennium with an emphasis
on the following Objectives:

and expectations of the customers through following up and measuring the
performance constantly.

through the regular management reviews.

work and maintain the Integrated Management System that corresponds with
international standards ISO 9001:2015

To be committed by the legal
requirements for the local and federal and International safety and security
standards, and the regulations and recommendations that is set by the
International Civil Aviation Organization.
