Airport are carried support employees from different
nationalities. |
The duties of HR are:

global staffing standards by recruiting the high
candidates with the core competency level.

improvement of the employee satisfaction, effectiveness

External Training:
17 students male/female finalized
them training in the Airport during 2005.They had been
sent
by UAE University, Higher College of Technology (HCT)
& summer training which HR every year organize it. |
