• Continuous improvement of the communication system and tools "Informed employees".
  
• Human Resources procedures in full alignment with the total management standards and process.
  
• Effective Reward program, to attract, retain and motivate the performance of the employees

External Training:

17 students male/female finalized them training in the Airport during 2005.They had been sent 
by UAE University, Higher College of Technology (HCT) & summer training which HR every year organize it.
