The airport offers un-congested, fast and efficient formalities processing, passenger handling and baggage handling.

Ras Al Khaimah International Airport Ground Handling Department performs the  passenger-handling operations. The airport staff is well trained, professional, friendly and customer oriented. Health, Immigration and Customs services are available 24 hours a day. The airport capacity is 175000 passenger annually.
